Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.


Shipping Timeframe

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

These timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather, or festivals may occasionally occur — we appreciate your patience.


Delivery Coverage

  • We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • If your area is currently not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternatives or a refund.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat COD fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • An email or SMS with a tracking link

  • Updates from our delivery partner until it reaches your doorstep

You can also track your order under "My Orders" in your MASCADE account (if enabled).


Packaging Assurance

We use tamper-proof, minimal, and sustainable packaging that aligns with our brand’s premium ethos. Please record an unboxing video (unedited) for any damage-related claims.


Order Issues

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Damaged during transit

  • Delayed beyond 10 working days
